Tender discovery and go/no-go scoring joined to AI drafting from your approved content
(0)
Bid teams often qualify a tender in one place and write the response somewhere else, so the reasons behind a go decision rarely reach the people drafting. BidScript keeps the cycle in one platform. Opportunities arrive from a daily scan of 900+ sources and go/no-go scoring records why you chose to bid. AI then drafts answers only from your approved company content, highlighting the source of each passage.

BidScript is built around UK public procurement. Its opportunity feed covers Contracts Finder, the Central Digital Platform, In-Tend, Delta eSourcing and Atamis alongside TED and SAM.gov, and tender parsing picks up MEAT scoring weightings so drafts are aimed at the marks. After a result, evaluator scores from feedback documents are mapped back to individual questions, so the next bid starts from what evaluators actually scored.

CEO Henry Brogan explains how AI is reinventing proposal management, from capture to post-mortem,and why BidScript makes AI bidding accessible.
BidScript is a bid management platform from BidScript Ltd, a Manchester-based company founded in 2023 and incorporated in 2024. It covers the bid cycle from finding opportunities through to post-bid review, combining an opportunity search tool called BidSearch, go/no-go scoring, tender parsing, AI drafting from a company knowledge base, collaborative review and team resourcing analytics.
BidScript's privacy policy states that customer data is hosted on Microsoft Azure with storage in the UK and the European Economic Area, and its enterprise page describes TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. SSO through Google and Microsoft is included on all plans. BidScript displays ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials badges and describes its processes as SOC 2-aligned; it does not hold a SOC 2 report. stargazy has not independently verified its certificates, so buyers should request them through BidScript's trust centre.
BidScript puts opportunity discovery inside the bid platform. BidSearch monitors UK portals such as Contracts Finder, the Central Digital Platform and In-Tend alongside TED and SAM.gov, so a tender can move straight into go/no-go scoring and drafting. Tender parsing picks up MEAT scoring weightings, and after a result BidScript maps evaluator scores from feedback documents back to individual questions.
BidScript suits small and mid-sized in-house bid teams answering UK public and private sector tenders, with dedicated pages for public sector, healthcare, construction and engineering, technology and professional services bidding. Its contributor seats let occasional subject matter experts take part without a core seat.
BidScript doesn't publish prices. It charges per seat across three seat types (Core, Sales Knowledge Hub and Contributor) and quotes each customer based on factors including team size and bid volume. According to BidScript, every plan includes unlimited AI usage, all features and integrations, SSO and support.
