Tendium is a tender platform for companies that sell to the European public sector. Find monitors public tenders and summarizes them with AI. BidFlow takes a tender from bid/no-bid qualification through drafting, with a Smart Checklist, AI-generated tasks, a content library and a writing assistant. The Intelligence add-on shows expiring contracts and public payment data for Sweden, Norway and Finland. Every plan includes unlimited users.

Tendium holds about 1 million active and past European public tenders and flags contracts that are about to expire, so teams can prepare before a tender is published. In Sweden, Norway and Finland, it adds keyword search inside tender documents and competitor payment data. That intelligence feeds directly into BidFlow, where qualification, bid writing and team collaboration happen in one workspace.
The constant development in line with customers actual needs. I love their view of data that makes it possible for me to handle analysis more in my bids. I also like their UX when using the tool. Okey, it´s probably not the UX with most edge, but it makes it easy for me. When implemented, I had zero struggles with SME adapting the tool, which was super helpful to me. Very good customer support!
I would love to see a feature where SME can contribute more and also more use of the data that the tool has, in reports and such (for stakeholders for example).

Dedicare
Dedicare used Tendium to increase bid capacity and improve quality, enabling Emma Stålkrona to manage ten proposals at once. Their first quality-only tender earned full marks, and yearly submission volume has surged as a result.
Adecco
Adecco replaced a fragmented qualification process with Tendium’s unified workspace, making monitoring, document handling and qualification faster, clearer and easier to manage across teams.

Tendium suits Nordic suppliers that bid on public tenders regularly and want tender discovery and bid writing in the same tool. Named customers include Adecco, Bravida, Dedicare, Juzo and Innofactor. It is less suited to teams whose main work is private-sector sales RFPs.
As of October 2026, the Light plan starts from €125 per month and includes unlimited users. Core and Scale add the BidFlow bid workspace and are priced by the number of bids per year. Intelligence is a paid add-on. A free trial of Core is available.
Sweden, Norway and Finland get full tender coverage, keyword search inside tender documents and the Intelligence add-on. Tendium monitors tenders across the rest of Europe, and stargazy recommends testing coverage on your own markets during a trial, especially for the UK and DACH.
