Answer RFPs and build proposals, legal pitches and ROI business cases without leaving Microsoft 365

Most proposal teams already work in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint, and lose time moving content in and out of a separate response tool. QorusDocs works inside those apps: Office add-ins that auto-answer questionnaires and assemble branded documents, a content library searchable in natural language, pursuit workspaces for assigning SMEs and tracking deadlines, and the QPilot AI assistant running on Azure OpenAI.

QorusDocs pairs proposal response with the commercial case. Its 2025 acquisition of Shark Finesse added ROI business-case modeling, so a team can attach a quantified value case to a proposal built on the same platform. For law firms, a dedicated pitch package connects to Litera Foundation, Intapp DealCloud and iManage.

Ray Meiring on AI, compliance, and why proposal teams in AEC and legal must move upstream to win.

AEC proposal teams face capacity gaps, SME delays, and AI that speeds drafts but not wins. Four data points from QorusDocs' 10th Annual Survey.
QorusDocs is proposal management software that runs inside Microsoft 365. Teams answer RFPs and security questionnaires, assemble proposals and presentations, and manage each bid as a pursuit with assigned SMEs and deadlines, all through add-ins for Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Since 2025 it also builds ROI business cases, and it sells a separate pitch package for law firms.
QorusDocs maintains a SOC 2 Type II report, available to prospects on request. Its AI assistant, QPilot, runs on Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and the vendor states customer data is not used to train AI models; prompts and outputs are logged. The proposal product is hosted on Microsoft Azure and the business-case product on Google Firebase. The vendor publishes no regional hosting options, so ask about data residency if it matters to you.
Two things. It can build a quantified ROI business case alongside the proposal, a capability it gained by acquiring Shark Finesse in 2025. And it has unusual depth in legal: a dedicated pitch package with integrations into Litera Foundation, Intapp DealCloud and iManage. It also works inside the Office apps teams already use rather than in a separate web editor.
Mid-size and enterprise teams that standardize on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, especially law firms, AEC and engineering firms, IT services providers and professional services firms. Reviewers consistently praise its support but describe setup, particularly content structure and taxonomy, as needing real effort. G2 users report an average implementation of around four months.
It covers bid/no-bid assessment, pursuit and assignment management, automated first-draft answers, branded document assembly, ROI business cases, and post-submission engagement and win/loss tracking. It does not find opportunities: there is no tender discovery or capture intelligence. Automated answering is included only in the Enterprise+ and Proposal Pro editions, so confirm which edition you are being quoted.
