Pay-per-tender AI bidding for professional services firms, from go/no-go score to branded submission
(0)
Professional services firms lose senior people to admin tasks, like parsing hundreds of pages of requirements, filling schedules of returnables, rewriting the same case studies and reformatting CVs. BIDLOGIQ, a Brisbane startup, automates that busywork for engineering, consulting and IT firms bidding on Australian public tenders, then keeps strategy, AI editing and team review in one workspace.

Where most tools charge per seat, BIDLOGIQ charges a $25 AUD base fee per user and meters each tender, with a $220 fee to pursue it, $20 to $60 for a scored bid/no-bid capability analysis, $100 to $1,100 per draft, with spending caps. The workflow opens with that go/no-go score, fills mandatory returnables directly, and ends in branded PPTX and PDF output. Hosted on Google Cloud in Sydney, with Gemini as the model.

BIDLOGIQ is an AI tendering platform from a Brisbane startup, built for professional services, engineering, consulting and IT firms. It takes a tender from an uploaded RFT (or one imported from its public tender feed) through a scored bid/no-bid capability analysis, extracts the proposal outline, fills the mandatory schedules and returnables, drafts the narrative sections and tailored CVs, runs an AI review, and exports the result as branded Word, PowerPoint and PDF files. Team members can be assigned sections and edit in a browser editor alongside the AI assistant.
Usage-based rather than per seat. The base platform is $25 AUD per user per month, which includes the national public tender feed and pipeline management. Each tender you commit to carries a one-time $220 GO fee, then you pay for what you generate, including capability analyses $20 to $60, draft responses $100 to $1,100. The vendor publishes worked examples of around $415 for a standard proposal and $1,840 for a comprehensive one, and you can set hard spending caps per tender, per user or company-wide. Pre-purchasing credits earns a 10% discount. There is no free trial; demos are booked with the team.
BIDLOGIQ runs on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase, with core services and data hosted in Sydney and other regions available on request. The model is Google Gemini accessed as a paid enterprise service, and the vendor states customer data is never used to train models or to answer other clients. Note that the vendor's own fact sheet says the AI endpoint uses global infrastructure, so ask about data residency for inference specifically. Tender files are deleted 30 days after the tender decision; your company library persists until an admin removes it. Files are encrypted per file with AES-256 and decrypted only in memory for processing.
It suits small and mid-sized professional services firms responding to Australian public tenders, where the cost of a bid is mostly senior staff time spent on schedules, CVs and reformatting. The platform covers opportunity discovery from public feeds, bid/no-bid scoring, outline and draft generation, returnables, collaborative editing, AI review and presentation output. It does not offer pre-RFP capture intelligence, a compliance matrix, or a managed proposal-writing service, and the only named integration is SharePoint for document storage. A companion product, CONNEQT, adds project, resource and win/loss tracking that feeds the generation engine.
